What is a discharge letter? A discharge letter is a document from your current clinic confirming you're leaving their care. Most clinics provide these on request — just call or email them.

Don't have one yet? No worries. Tick the box on our form and we'll contact your current clinic on your behalf to obtain your discharge letter.

Will I lose my prescriptions? No. Your new THC doctor will review your treatment history and can continue or adjust your existing plan.

Once we have your discharge letter, we can usually schedule your initial consultation within 1–3 days.

Yes — you'll have a consultation with one of our AHPRA-registered doctors who will review your history and create a plan going forward.

We can contact your clinic on your behalf. In some cases, we may be able to proceed without one — contact us to discuss your situation.

The $19 rate applies to your initial switch consultation. Follow-up consultations are at our standard pricing.
