Getting Started

No referral is required. However, providing a health summary from your GP helps our doctors understand your full medical history and speeds up the process.
A health summary is a document from your regular GP that lists your medical conditions, current medications, and treatment history. You can request one by calling your GP's clinic.
All consultations are conducted via phone or video call from the comfort of your home. Your doctor will call you at the scheduled time — no need to travel.
Initial consultations are 20–30 minutes. Follow-up consultations are approximately 15 minutes. We take the time needed to understand your situation properly.
No. Treatment is always at the doctor's discretion based on your individual circumstances. Not all patients will be prescribed medication — and that's okay. Your doctor will always discuss alternative options.

No. Our consultation fees are all-inclusive. Medication costs are separate and charged at RRP with no markup or dispensing surcharges.
Natural therapy consultations are not currently covered by Medicare.
No. These products are not currently listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme.
Treatment
If your doctor prescribes treatment, they apply to the TGA via the Special Access Scheme or Authorised Prescriber pathway. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.
Medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and delivered to your door via registered post — discreetly, Australia-wide.
Like all medicines, natural therapies can cause side effects. Your doctor will discuss potential side effects during your consultation so you can make an informed decision.
Some therapies may affect your ability to drive. Your doctor will advise you. It is your responsibility to understand how your medication affects your legal obligations.
Switching Clinics
Yes. We offer a $19 initial consultation for patients switching from another clinic with a valid discharge letter. Learn more about switching.
A discharge letter confirms you are leaving your current clinic's care. Contact your current clinic to request one — or tick the box on our form and we'll contact them for you.
No. Your new THC doctor will review your history and can continue or adjust your existing treatment plan.
Legal & Safety
Yes. Medicinal cannabis has been legal in Australia since 2016 when prescribed through TGA-approved pathways. All our doctors are AHPRA-registered and hold relevant authorisations.
Yes. We are an Australian-owned telehealth clinic. All our doctors are registered with AHPRA and prescribe through TGA-approved pathways.
