My journey into natural health started almost 30 years ago through a deep connection to hemp—a plant I believed could support both people and the planet. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to help launch some of the first hemp and wellness-focused companies in Australia and around the world, including one of the earliest CBD companies to list on the ASX.

I’ve advised governments, worked across continents, and led businesses with a strong focus on sustainability, integrity, and improving access to better health solutions. But throughout all of that, one thing has become clear: everyone’s needs are different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to feeling well.
