Check Your Eligibility

Answer a few quick questions to see if natural therapies may be right for you. Our free eligibility screener takes about 60 seconds.

Why do we ask? The TGA requires that patients have a chronic condition lasting 3+ months, have tried conventional treatments, and that those treatments haven't fully worked or caused side effects.

Book a Free Call (Optional)

Before committing to a doctor consultation, you can speak with a friendly nurse at no cost. This is completely optional — you can skip straight to a doctor consultation if you prefer.

What the nurse covers:

Your medical history and symptoms, how The Happy Clinic works, whether our services are right for you, and answers to any questions about pricing, timeline, or medication.

A nurse call does not guarantee a doctor consultation or prescription.

Consult with a Doctor

A comprehensive telehealth consultation (phone or video) with an AHPRA-registered doctor who specialises in natural medicine. Your doctor will review your medical history, discuss your options, and create a personalised treatment plan.

Duration: 20–30 minutes for initial consultations

Important: A prescription is not guaranteed — treatment is always at your doctor's discretion based on your individual circumstances.

Receive Your Treatment

If your doctor prescribes treatment, they'll apply to the TGA for approval (typically 24–48 hours). Your prescription is then sent to a licensed partner pharmacy and medication is delivered to your door via registered post.

Timeline: Typically within a few days of your consultation

Delivery: Discreet registered post, Australia-wide

What happens after?

Your care doesn't stop at the first prescription. We're with you for the long term.

Follow-up consultations

Regular check-ins with your doctor to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Patient portal

Re-order medication, book follow-ups, and manage your care — all from your phone or computer.

Ongoing nurse support

Our nursing team is available if you have questions between consultations.

Typically 3–5 days from your first contact to receiving medication. The eligibility quiz takes about 60 seconds, a nurse call can be booked within 24 hours, and most consultations are available within 1–3 days.
No referral is required. However, providing a health summary from your GP helps our doctors understand your full medical history and can speed up the process.
A health summary is a document from your regular GP that lists your medical conditions, current medications, and treatment history. You can request one by calling your GP's clinic — they're usually available within a day or two.
If the eligibility quiz suggests our services may not be suitable right now, we'll let you know. You're always welcome to contact us directly to discuss your circumstances — eligibility can change over time.
